Every game that you purchased from the Microsoft store is associated with your Microsoft account. Just sign in on the new computer with the same Microsoft account that purchased the game and you should be able to install and play it just fine.

I take it you mean if you buy and then install a game from the Store, if you uninstall it, can you then reinstall it at a later date? If so, then yes you can...when you want to reinstall something, just go to your history in the Store and you can download it again from there.

As an example, I had Forza Horizon 4 on my system till late last year when I reinstalled Windows...I then installed it again earlier this year from the Store

same here. I tried to move the game files to my internal hard drive, then tried to reinstall, only the game can not be downloaded from the Xbox store.

I could download games from the store but when I un-and-reinstalled the app I needed to assign my store account to my xbox one as the default was set to another.

Hey, try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it.

have had an issue with that before.
