Can I refund the "Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration"?

Worth noting guys that yesterday, the phone and windows store (pc, tablet) were integrated together

So now slowly the app stores are becoming universal, and I bet the Xbox One store will follow suit soon, I do think there will be a huge boom in appeal for developing apps for Windows 8.1 platform, and over next 12 months we will see that.

I'm having the same problem since the last Windows Update. After running diagnosis it says: Service registration is missing or corrupt. Anyone knows how to fix this? How can I reset the service registration?

I thought I'd love my windows phone, and I do... But just wish there was more. I came from android and will probably go back next phone. If you only use your phone for a few apps and email, then windows is great. Works well for work as it comes with office
not a third party app. But if the apps you are looking for are available for both iPhones and windows, you can count on windows being an older version of the app. Developers don't seem to update heir apps regularly like iPhone or android.

But windows does have snapchat. Not the official one, its a third party, but all my friends who use it don't notice a difference. 99% the same.

You most likely can't unless the developer of the game makes the game cross-platform. Meaning that the developer designed the game so it could be played from different systems, then yes. It is possible, but as far as I know, it hasn't been done for the consoles
except for one game that I know. Skulls of the Shogun, you can play that game with anyone on the windows phone, windows 8 and xbox 360.
