Can I refund games that are no longer available im my country?

Hi

I wanted to play Sea of Thieves: Anniversary Edition again but it seems that the item is no longer available on the store.

I bought itback in 2019 and am really confused as to why I shouldn't be able to access something I purchased. I would literally stop using Steam if something like that happend.

So.... how can I get access to the game i bought? any ideas?

Install it from your library, not the store. Even if something is no longer available for purchase it, the purchase is tied to your account and you can reinstall it.

Thanks for helping! The option to refund isn't available in my country (The Netherlands). I really hope that the option to refund will come to my country in the future. I tried contacting xbox live support, but the xbox chat is closed everytime I take a
look at it.

I can read everywhere that you have two weeks to ask for a refund, but this will probably be impossible for me. Is there any chance I can still get a refund for the purchase in the future?

but i can install many other games available with xbox game pass just some few i want i can not,

and this is kind of stupid , my gaming experience is limited because some americans dont know of my country and im not allowed to try anything.................................................................................

That is no longer the case. The links above are in most cases the correct way to gain a refund. Though not all Countries and Regions have this option at the moment.

Yes , unfortunately i can not use that links in my country. Guess i am gonna have to call support.

Nobody on the forums can issue a refund, you would have to try via the online refund form, if available in your country/region: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund
Or via your countries Xbox support.
