Based on your response, it sounds like I should not buy the game since refunds are not an assured thing -= even if you dont play the game too long and make the request within a two week period?

I'm sorry if my answer was a bit ambiguous, I didn't mean for it to be.

Refunds are not an assured thing but in my experience, I've never had one be denied when meeting the criteria I mentioned in my initial reply. Another thing to consider is that according to the link I sent you before:

"There are often limits on the number and type of refunds allowed and the monetary compensation that we can provide to each purchaser in a given year"

A fixed amount of refunds is not mentioned there, as I believe this works on a case-to-case basis. I'm mentioning this in case you have applied for other refunds in the past year.
