    Hi, i was bought StarWars Battlefront II as a gift by my friend. unfortunately i am unable to play it as i do not own the game pass. is there any way we can redeem it? i did open the code as at this point i didnt know you couldnt play it without game pass. i am playing off a computer while my friend who gifted it is on an Xbox. any help is apprieciated, thankyou very much.

    Check your order history at http://account.microsoft.com and it'll list it there. If you haven't redeemed it, then your friend would need to request a refund.

    You wouldn't need Game Pass to play on PC, but if they sent the Xbox version it wouldn't work on PC. But if you've redeemed the code, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
