    My little brother accidentally bought FIFA 16 on my Xbox 360. Is there a way to refund the game?
    it happened today and the game is not even downloaded.

    Sorry but it clearly states "no refunds" on games bought from the marketplace.

    You can try phoning support for your region & explaining but I doubt they'll refund you as there's nothing wrong with the game

    It can be done in-game through Marketplace. However, if he just bought it, he can process a refund by going to xbox.com/refunds and repurchase the bundle that he prefer.
