    Can I refund a game because my account was hacked?


    My other account had been hacked recently and I have been trying my best to get it back. Although I do not have access to my account anymore, I still have access to playing the games that I have purchased in thee account which will probably not last long. So, I have recently realised that I may be able to refund it, I mean even if I dont get my account back, getting my money back is probably enough. So I was thinking if there would be a way for me to refund it.

    Yeh, but it says that haven't given them enough info for them to get me my account back. I have tried my best to give all the info I could but I am still not able to get it back.

    Thank you for the update and I apologize for the trouble because we can only request a refund if we can sign in to the refund page. Have you tried recovering your account again?
