My dad let me get a old game for $20, I need help, I do not know how to refund it do to a broken promise, please help

When it comes to digital purchases, it's no refunds policy (which is noted on the screen before a purchase is confirmed). That being said, you can see if Phone Support might be able to assist. They are best equipped to handle refunds while users in the forums
aren't.

please note you only have 14 days to do this or you won't be able to refund digital games after this period

To dispute the decision, please respond to the email notification telling you that your request for a refund was denied. This way, you can discuss this with the refund team.
