Can I redo a refund request?

On July 1st, I wanted to request a refund for a game I purchased close to two weeks ago, so I did the process of requesting a refund for a game. Unfortunately, I didn’t know the correct reason that I needed to select for the refund request to be processed and approved (if it were to actually be approved). I selected ‘cancel my preorder’ (even though the games been out for a long time) and my request was automatically denied on the same day. I tried to find out if I can redo my request, but I can’t and now I only have one day left for the game I wanted to refund to be eligible for a refund. Can I please get help to redo my request and refund the game? Here’s a photo of the denied request.

We are sorry to hear that your refund request was denied.

According to the Xbox Support website, refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria as supported to this article. Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support.

Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time.

Unfortunately, it seems that you cannot redo your refund request once it has been denied.

However, you can try contacting Xbox Support directly through their website. They may be able to help you with your refund request. You can contact Xbox customer support in several ways. You can call them at 1-800-469-9269. They are available Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. I refunded a game and now I've changed my mind, I can't outright buy the game as I pre ordered and received a exculsive pre order bonus, however this DLC is now not available for purchase, can I give back my credit that I got from the refund and get the game + exculsive content back?

No. There is no way to undo a refund once its already been made and received.

I apologize but that's not possible. Once the refund has been processed we can't undo the process.

Microsoft support told me that I was already supposed to receive one as soon as the request denied and I even waited until today and still nothing, so how am I supposed to get into contact with Xbox support about this if I can’t redo the refund request and am not receiving an email I was already supposed to have?

Request a call back specially under I don't recognize a charge

And open an unauthorized access case

This will lock your account till it is secured and they will ask you to secure it with new info
