Can I recover my old Gamertag since I no longer have access to my hacked Microsoft email...

Hi Jey! I am sorry to hear about what happened.

Unfortunately, Microsoft account and Xbox profile are only one single account. If your Microsoft account was hacked, everything in it including your Xbox stuff is part of it. The only option you could get back to your original account or Xbox profile is to recover the hacked Microsoft account itself.

I have the same problem too. Ive gone through xbox support line and have no other means to recover my old account. I had hundreds of dollars in games and i believe my old account was hacked since i dont have access to my old games. All i have is my old
profile info. No access to the emails associated with my old account or the phone number.

Thank you for this suggestion, but I feel that since I do not own the old email account and I cannot verify their info to change it I will be losing my gamertag.

Ok, so you made another account with the same email address, right? If that's the case, I'm sorry but you lost access to the other account. It was probably hacked and deleted.

You can try to use the recovery form to recover your old account but since its email was changed and the account was deleted you will not be able to recover it:

Great, just found out that the reason I cant access my old email is because it was hacked while from a forum for a PC game called Archeage during a time i loaned it to a friend. So now not only can I not recover it, being that the hacker changed my info,
but not I may have been hacked here too. Great
