Can I recover lost data?

Sadly no. Once you delete something it will be gone and non recoverable.

If you removed a game you bought digitally you can download it again. If you are referring to a save game then no, if you are online and delete a save game it is removed from could saves as well.

If you deleted data that came off your game, it could possibly be saved to the cloud. Check the link out and read the information it could very well help. And if that does not contact support and let them know the issue you are having.

there is no way to recover the lost data, it is formatted for xbox usage and only certain pc programs could read that, there is no program that can recover that specific data.
