Can I recover an account that I deleted that had DLC that I bought before?

I deleted an account I had because I needed space and I soon realized It was the account that I had bought all my map packs on. Is there any way to recover this account so I am able to re-download the maps?

If this is something you're still experiencing, do you see the DLC you purchased when you go to My Games & Apps>Saints Row: The Third>Manage Content>Ready to Install? Is the content already installed?

there is no things on the subject of account not existing or account recovering.

is it posible you can un delete the account or give me a refund on the thing i had bought like minecraft?

If you know your password and email and he does not then you should have no problem and he won't be able to delete your account for good. He can delete the account from his Xbox yes, but only in a way that the account won't be on that Xbox anymore while
the account still exists and can be used on your or other consoles with the log-in information.

For the games, purchases and all other data... If games were bought on your account then they will stay in the account. Same goes for friends and most saved data.

I have done this several times but it doesnt work, even i m trying from xbox live directly but it only start downloading and in 1 sec is done but when i try to play it says that i Need part 2 to play,i dont know If is a problem directly from mass effect
servers or a mistake i did deleting from my storage directly and cant download it several times
