    Hello, I recently had my Xbox One S repaired through the warranty services. First, off I appreciate the work that was done on the Xbox and am pleased with the services with the speedy repair. Before shipping the Xbox, to have it repaired, I spent a good
    deal of time researching how I should pack and ship the device (I even messaged a player through the live chat because I couldn't find the information on Microsoft's website) since I didn't have the original box, but I failed to see if your services required
    me to include the power/hdmi cable. Anyway, I just received the Xbox, but I didn't receive the power cable or hdmi cable that I shipped because I assumed that your technicians would need them to test the device. However, I just now was able to find the information
    on your website: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced and
    have a feeling I won't be seeing either cable anytime soon.

    I don't mind paying for a new hdmi cable because that was most likely damaged, but is there any way I can receive my power cable or buy a new one at a discounted price, if not?

    Hi there,

    Since the Xbox 360 days, it has been advised to not include any cables or power supplies when sending your console in for service, however there are some exceptional circumstances if the issue is related to an accessory. Regrettably, I don't think Microsoft
    will be able to replace these extra items you've sent.

    You can try and contact Xbox Support over the phone to have a chat and see if someone can arrange a replacement, but again, cannot guarantee a positive outcome.

    We understand that you have a concern in regards to the power cable received within the box of your brand new Xbox One S console.

    The reason for the power cable is that both the Xbox One S and Xbox One X consoles contain internal power supply units, making
    it possible to only have to connect this found power cable without the unnecessary bulk to plug in.

    The power supply in the Xbox One S is multi-voltage, it will work on 240v and 110v power sources. You just need a power cable. The Xbox One power cable is called a fig-8 power cable that can be found in most electrical stores.
