    Can I re-sync my game after it just synced?


    I was playing Rocket League when my internet went out. When my internet went back up I reloaded the game and it asked me which which data I wanted to sync. The first problem was when the two options both had the same dates for 2/3/2021. I chose the online data since I couldn’t see a difference and when I looked into my inventory, all of my items I’ve recieved from trading were gone along with my credits. I still had my dlc’s and the items I’ve recieved from the season pass and leveling up. I lost every item I obtained from trading and I want to know if I can choose my console saved data instead of my online data. If I can i hope it will make a difference, if it doesn’t work then I can try reaching out to Psyonix. I tried hard restarting my xbox and re-downloading the game to see if I can re-sync the correct save file and that also failed.

    Controller connected but not working

    Having a similar issue myself. Recently got 20th anniversary controller. My son changed the batteries and it won't work now. It'll turn on the console but won't control anything.

    I synced it with my phone and it works. After that, I re-synced it with the console. It appears to sync, but no functionality. Won't show up as a connected device either.

    Update: I just got it to work. Multiple re-sync attempts and leaving the console unplugged for about ten min.

    I had earlier in the day done a full wipe of my saves and attempted to re-sync. After a second wipe and sync, my files were restored and I was able to get back in.

    If you were able to install these games, it may just be taking time to re-sync. Kindly check again after 24 hours.

    Try re-syncing or re-pairing the controller to your xbox console. I have had this issue before and it just needed to be re-synced to the the console. Hopefully that helps.

    The saved data may have been overwritten already which means that re-syncing the game data will just sync the latest save.
