Can I purchase Forza Horizon 3 without Windows 10 or an Xbox One?

Hi,

As the title states. I currently have Windows 7 and will be building a new system in the following weeks. I would like to purchase the game now seeing as it's on sale and want to know if I can purchase it on Windows 7 and activate it on windows 10. Surely
the game would show up on my account regardless of what OS I'm using correct?

In-game login not working

When I open up an Xbox game on windows 10, the login windows pops up then close without signing me in, even though I'm logged into Xbox game hub. What can i do to fix this problem? p.s i spent $150 on Forza horizon 3

Could someone explain how to buy Forza Horizon 3 for Windows 10. As I don't own Xbox One I don't want to make a mistake with a purchase. Will the game be available in Windows Store? Or is it safe to buy it in Xbox store?

So long as you have an Xbox/Windows gamertag/account set up you should be able to purchase the game. When you have your PC built you can then access and download the game to play.

Yeah that's what I thought, I've got an Xbox/Windows account but don't know the process of activiating windows 10. Gonna have to have a chat with an employee.

Only the digital version of Forza Horizon 3 can be played on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC as you can see here:

Your disc version is available only for xbox one console

Since it supports Xbox Play Anywhere, you can play the game on Windows 10 and Xbox One as long as you buy the digital version on the store.
