Can I PLEASE get some help? Can't access my account!!! :(

tl;dr Because I'm unable to provide some oddly specific information I can't access my nearly 10 year old account. I can prove that I'm me pretty easily. I just don't know the information on the account. I mean. My Bio on the thing literally says "I'm <MyName>",
I have my SSN and ID, and I would have few qualms about having to use them to regain access to the account. But it's just not an option given to me.

I've had an XBOX LIVE account since (I think) 2007. Around 2010 I'd been given permission from my parents to change my name with the additional requirement that I change my last name to the last name of my step-dad. Easy enough. I spent about 3 months mulling
it over, giving each name a monthly trial so to speak before finally settling on my name.

So I'll skip the exposition and get to where I'm at now:

I haven't owned an Xbox in over 3 years. My brother deleted my account off of his and so it's no longer signed into any consoles whatsoever (as far as I'm aware) so I can't access it that way. I recently got an Xbox One and was looking to restore my purchases
and use the account. The account I'm posting with is my main account of about 5 years but many of my purchases were made with that old account.

So why is this difficult? Because I dumbly didn't make more than 2 attempts at my password before clicking "Forgot Password"; I EVEN KNOW MY PASSWORD TO THE ACCOUNT NOW BUT CAN'T GET IN ; This is because the automated system requires information which
I simply don't have. I don't want to divulge too much so I won't get too specific but here it goes:

1. My account was setup nearly a decade ago. It's obscenely outdated.

2. I don't know what I've officially updated and what I haven't. I don't know what I input for much of that information BECAUSE:

3. I kept changing my name. Until I figured out what I wanted I KEPT CHANGING IT. I tried 9 different names in total. MY EMAILS TOO! UGH! I needed emails for things I signed up for online (dumb attempts at getting traffic to a blog where I was writing a
book). So the email that I need to access is, of course, a Yahoo account that I don't know the password of. This one I actually don't know. But it can only be accessed if I get the recovery email from THIS EMAIL I'M TRYING TO ACCESS D:

5. I don't even know what Email Addresses my friends/family were using at this time. And I can almost guarantee that I wasn't emailing them with this email anyway.

6. The debit card used for this account wasn't ever shown to me. It was used, removed, and then I was let back into the room. Have I mentioned that it was a combination of: Replaced, Belonged to someone who walked out on me, and lost?

7. I wasn't 18 or older so I just plugged in random numbers because I didn't want the restrictions that came with having a child account

I'm a very different person than I was back in late-middle-school. I'm 20 trying to guess what I could have possibly done for any of this when I was 12 - 14. It's kind of silly.

I'm more than willing to provide proof of ID but beyond that this Account is a monument to a time and person long since forgotten. What I care about are my purchases. The games I can potentially still download and play due to backwards compatibility. Shallow,
sure. But I don't think that "I want the licenses for the games that I bought please" is wrong

I'm having this problem too. I've had my account for 6 years and I no longer have access to my gamer tags original email. This new update has ruined my xbox experience. There has to be a way to fix this. I can't access my account info because I can't
get online. No matter what xbox help tells me to do, it doesn't work. Somebody please help fix this problem.

Hello all whom read this, i would like to ask for help on something that ive been trying to fix since the new terms of use came out. My account, SwiftGuido44, is having issues logging in, because i cannot access the account on xboxlive.com, nor on the xbox
its self, because gmail decided to shut my gmail account, which is linked to my xbox account, down which means i cant do anything to change it. So i would like to ask if i can change the email of the account to an email i use more often, so i can get back
on live and get back to playing! Thank you for any support that you give.

If none is working the best thing to try is to contact official Xbox Support like mentioned on that same link, they might be able to verify that you are the owner and help you out.
