My wife bought me the all digital Xbox and the Xbox live gold. When it was almost up i did the 3 months for 1.00 i never got the 3 month what can do to get it back.
ps. I did have the ultimate until the gold expired please help.

Thanks for trying to help but there isn't nothing you or Microsoft can do about it as I was just robbed 64-65 dollars. When the purchase isn't showing up in my purchase history for 12 months of Xbox Live Gold Membership. That was purchased with my PayPal account with my Visa Debit Card that was attached to that PayPal account. Because some one signed me in on my nephew's Xbox One console and Used both my Xbox Live and PayPal accounts to purchase 12 months of Xbox live gold without my consent or without asking if they could use my PayPal to purchase 12 Months of Xbox live Gold Membership. I'm literally -90 dollars in the hole because of that transaction and the other transaction that was made for Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel Gems etc it was at least 25-26 dollars worth of gems. I get social security income and social security disability income both my sister is my payee and the bank more likely froze my card now. I have bills too pay. I have been on Xbox live for 12 years and this has never happened to me ever. It's just a shame that the most loyal members like us can't get the help we request want and need. I just find this whole thing that happened to be so ridiculous.
