Can I please be directed to a Case Review by the Xbox Enforcement Team? I was playing a person in NHL 17 that kept flipping the puck over the glass after I had a 6-0 lead in the 1st. I made an inappropriate comment that he reported and I have been suspended
for the 1st time in 12 years. This person was VERY inappropriate on his head set. Which is why I don't wear one. Thanks

Unfortunately, Xbox Enforcement account inquires are not handled on the Xbox Forums as only the Xbox Policy & Enforcement Team can handle enforcement issues. The Best way to contact the Xbox Enforcement team, is by creating a "Case for Review" option that
gives you the ability to have the case re-investigated and the ability to chat with the team. You can create a "Case for Review" on your enforcement history page here: Enforcement

The policy enforcement team (XBLPET) do not use the forums to evaluate players. You can go to the Enforcement section of the Xbox website and attempt to submit a case review.

For future reference, please note that it's never a good idea to send inappropriate Xbox messages, even if you don't wear a headset during the match. It's tempting, I know, but they will definitely check your messages when they review complaints against
you.

In some cases you won't be able to submit a review. If it's a 24 hour suspension (which most 1st are) then you won't be able to submit a review.

 

It started at 12:25 am on September 19th. WTF?
