Can i play xcloud without having gamepass and only owning a specific game?

Nope, you need to have game pass ultimate if you want to use the cloud gaming feature. It's the only game pass tier that lets you use this benefit. (Cloud gaming isn't available for owned titles, only for the titles available in game pass)

But right now the only free game that you can play without ultimate is Fortnite. Besides that you need the subscription

No as you arent using your console but a server

At a later date however games you own can be added to the cloud service but you still need to maintain your cloud service

What you are suggesting ia already available if you have a console

Remote play of course you need a console to do so

Xcloud provides the same service but without a console hence why the subscription

Cloud services aren't free and it is a booming market

With the exception of.stradia which was probably something bit closer to what you want but not the same

You had to buy your games via stradia full priced and pay your monthly service guess what not everyone liked paying full price and renting a server

But stradia is shutting down

Cloud and gamepass let's you rent your ganes and very soon add your games to the service

only games that are in gamepass are on the cloud gaming service, and only gamepass ultimate subscriber can use the service, it is not like nvidia cloud where you access your games.

you can stream your games from console using your own console and your own internet.

Xcloud does not take into account if you own the game or not, xcloud is a perk of ultimate sub only and not to play the games you own.

only games in the gamepass catalogue which are part of your sub can be played via xcloud.

Well first connect your account to uplay ubisoft

It's mandatory

Then download.the gamepass app and use the remote play

Xcloud is only for.xgu users and only the purchaser of the subscription

You can stream from your console without xgu but you can't without xgu without a console
