    Trying to figure out if there is a way to link my Microsoft account to my Steam account and access like my Xbox one/windows game library. Specifically would love to play my Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition on my steam deck

    I have checked it, it is not my hardware and driver problem.

    This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

    This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

    If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?

    Congrats on your pre order, I'm sure you'll love the game. Forza Horizon 4 releases on Sept. 28 but the

    ultimate edition does say in the description     that you can play 4 days early with that purchase. So you can look forward to your wish being granted and play on Sept. 24. :)

    I don't think anyone could be too sure of when this will happen, but I can say they don't sell Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition digitally, only the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions, however, Game Pass is a good alternative as you get to play Forza Horizon
    4 and MANY MANY other games for $9.99 USD/month
