Can I play Madden 19 HOF on both my logins?

I have one Xbox but two boys who use it, each with their own login. I bought Madden 19 - the Hall of Fame edition from the Microsoft website which we downloaded then from the store. Now that we have it up and running, only one of the logins has the HOF
content. The other login only has the standard Madden 19 game with no HOF upgrades.

Is this normal for this game? Did I miss some fine print somewhere? Is it possible to get the HOF content for both logins?

I recommend taking a look at the following resource article:
How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox. Under: What can be share and can't be shared. If the issue persists and the home console settings for game sharing are enabled. I'd recommend to contact the game developer to game insight on the game
license.

Try this out and let us know the results.

i love how people are coming on here complaining... talking about "i'm 19-3..." "i'm 25-4"... clearly you guys are not playing on the HOF level, so why even complain about anything....
