Can I play games bought through the Xbox PC App/Microsoft Store on an Xbox One/Series Console?

I am playing on a pc and I bought it through the Xbox store and it doesn't work on either the Xbox app or the Microsoft store

The Xbox website is the store for the console. In order to buy games for the PC, you would use the Microsoft Store app. That game is not available for PC through the Microsoft Store though so you'd need to buy it through Steam or somewhere else that carries the game. So the version you bought will only work on console.

Since that game is Play Anywhere, yes, you can redownload it and play it on the console without purchasing it again.

If they are not, you would need the PC version of the games in order to play them on the laptop.

Through the website it's a bundle that includes both of the games for the console. Since Mortal Kombat is Play Anywhere, you can also play it on PC. Injustice 2 is not Play Anywhere, so it will only work for the console. You'd have to purchase it through the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app to get the PC version.
