    Can I pay off a preorder with my ms balance?


    Im trying to pay my preorder for cyberpunk 2077. My ms balance wont show up in another way to pay. Is that becuse i dont have the full amount? If so will adding the full amount get it to show up?

    well you have to call support then add a creditcard to pay off the balance

    then ms will unlock the account

    If you log into account.microsoft.com and go to services and subscriptions do you see anything there in red that might indicate an outstanding balance? If that is the case you much pay off the balance via credit card/paypal before you will be able to purchase
    more Gold. The balance owed cannot be paid off using your MS balance.

    I was able to preorder for release date the expansion card with ms account balance. I am curious if it will or can be applied to my series x preorder without changing the order cause I have more.. definitely wouldn't if it changed what day I receive it...
    does microsoft ever answer in these things? I'm very curious about this..
