Can I order a new power brick for 220v usage

in my recent experience as Xbox have since discontinued that model of Xbox one console they no longer offer replacement PSU

the only option to try is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they can determine if it is possible for you to purchase a new Power supply that will fit the voltage usage in India.

Hi, if you want to use your US xbox in Singapore you will need to simply buy an external 220V power supply.

All the xbox one are identical and the only difference is the the external brick for the different countries (the current that goes inside the console is the same, simply the external brick convert it from 220V or 110V depending on the country).

Using directly a 220V power brick is even better than use a 110V power brick with an external converter from 220V to 110V

so its okay to plug the whole new 220v power brick or i should buy a converter because here power converters are expensive

Latvia's power standard is 220v/50hz. A US power brick will not function using a simple physical adapter.



XBOX Live is not available in Latvia, at least not officially. I suspect calling XBOX Support to order a 220v/50hz compatible power brick won't yield results, but you may want to try that first.



The label on the power brick will inform you as to the AC voltage and frequency range the power brick supports, as well as the wattage it can deliver. As you say the console worked for a period of time I presume your converter box is an active device that
can provide US-standard power from Lativa-standard input. Might want to have someone qualified verify it's properly configured and working.
