    The data transfer cable is made to move files from one hard drive to another. It's not made to work with a PC.

    oh unlike teh 360 arcade it doesnt have a hardrive + an internal juts hardrive memory so take out teh 250 gig and dont replace it with a similar hardrive it wont have any memory

    Yes, a 250GB HDD is installed in the HDD bay from the factory.

    The 120GB HDD doesn't physically attach to the new 360 S. Tampering with the old drive to make it fit the new console is prohibited as per the Terms of Use.
