    Can I move a purchase to another account/gamertag?


    I have 2 outlook accounts; one for school, one for gaming. I purchased the Darksiders Fury's Collection from the Microsoft store under one account but have not redeemed/downloaded yet. Is there a way to download that to the other account instead?

    Can I move game ranking to another account?

    my son has been playing overwatch on my account and has achieved above level 50 ranking. Is it possible to transfer this to his account?

    No. Nothing is transferrable between accounts.

    You can try contacting support to see if they can refund the purchase so you can purchase it on the correct account, but otherwise nothing can be transferred between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Unfortunately you can't move purchases, achievements or game specific progress to another account - you can however change your gamertag/profile name if that is why you want a new account.

    You will not be able to, if your Gamertag is associated with another account it cannot be moved to another account.

    You can contact support and they will help you possibly move your name over, but there is a charge per account to changing your Gamertag.
