    Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, I've tried searching but don't really understand what to search for.

    I bought an Xbox One for my two nephews to share. I have codes to download Forza 5 and Fifa 2015 and as I have fibre running at around 50Mbps compared to their rural broadband at about 2Mbps I thought it best that I download the two games before wrapping
    it up for Xmas.

    So I connected the new console to my Live account (I've never connected it to an Xbox before) and downloaded Forza and then realised that this is linked to my Live account and I might have to give my nephews my password to enable them to play it. I see that
    once it's connected to a console other users can play it, but that isn't great as I use this live account for other things which would be hassle to move.

    Before I compound the problem and download Fifa 2015 can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this. I'm thinking I can create a new account in one or other of the nephews names and hopefully switch the licence from my live account to this one. Is that possible
    and if so how do I do it.

    Move XBOX Live Account from one email address to another

    Hi there,

    I want to move my gamer profile from an old email address to my primary Microsoft account. I mistakenly created a new XBOX 360 account for my primary Microsoft account. When I try to move the account on the XBOX 360 It says it cant move the account as its
    already associated with another XBOX live account. So my question is, can I delete the new XBOX Live account I created for my primary Microsoft account?

    How can I move my account if my account is already deleted from Xbox Live??

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but generally nothing can be transferred between accounts. So once you redeem the code, it's stuck to your account. With the One, as long as that console is set as your Home console,
    they will be able to access the game on their accounts.

    Hi there,

    Like x24hrs2livex mentions, you can not merge accounts, you will have to start everything from scratch.

    Gamerscore, saved games, gamertag, purchases can not be moved.

    If your goal was to move that xbox live account connected to your fathers email address to your own address, you should have used the steps on this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account     these steps will move a xbox live account from one email (Microsoft Account) to another.

    -

    You can still do this, but you will first need to move the newly created xbox live account to another Microsoft Account to free up your email address. (See the Notes part on that link)

    It seems your XBox Live account is fairly new, if you used a free subscription or didn't buy a long term subscription I'd suggest you just upgrade your offline account to live.

    If you do this you will be able to-

    • Keep all of your earned achievements.
    • Maintain your game saves.
    • Keep your avatar.
    And anything else you may have on your offline account.

    If you choose not to do this, then I'm afraid as already mentioned there's no way to move your save while staying within XBox's ToS.
