can i marge

Hi everyone. I recently trade in my xbox 360 for a xbox one. I been locked out of my old account from live for years because of a security update few years back. so i made a new account when i set up my one. Last night i mange to get back on my old account.
so is there a way to transfer or marge those accounts so i don't have two accounts and rebuy any of the old dlc when said game is able to be backwards enable. (example fallout 3). I just don't want to have two accounts

Migration to Microsoft Rewards

So Microsoft rewards system is not open in all countries and especially in Europe it's only open in a few countries, and i am sure that a big margen of the xbox users live in Europe, what will happen to them when the "xbox reward system" migrates to the
Microsoft rewards will they be able to use Microsoft rewards or they should just forget about it, and not have the same opportunities as the others who live in microsoft rewards supported countries?
