Can i make my banned account my home xbox acc

If it is truly permanently banned, no. Once an account is banned you forfeit anything on the account and there's no way to sign into it to set your Home account. It's always best to set your own console as your Home account.

There has been a glitch with the suspension notifications though that has been telling everyone they are permanently banned when they're just suspended. So you may not be permanently banned.

since yesterday,same problem on my xbox.......try on xbox one,try on xbox series s,series x....Every time i try to make my Xbox my home it just keeps on spinning very slow for about 30 seconds but will not let me tick to have it as my home Xbox....Spinning circle doesn’t do anything..no way that i can set as my home xbox..i try with old acc,create new acc,same,there is no option to set account as my home xbox....again drm,or some other problems..just like before few days...microsoft can we finish with this ilusion in last 7 days......?

Ok I'm sorry this going to be come out mean but im tired of this like fr you all don't know what youe doing like fr i change my ip 20 times I'm still getting pulled i did the update there still ddos like bruh and you took my main acc from and i met a guy
he said i got your acc banned withba script and it funny how my acc actually got banned like 2weeks ago kinda anoyying imagine have xbox for 6 year and xbox 360 for another 4 years like bruh you literally banned my main acc for no reason like fr if you can
get my main acc i be so much happy but nope everyone told me ITS IMPOSSIBLE SO thanks taking my life away like fr i lost my cod i lost my fornite my gta and roblox and another 60 games so thank you Xbox for making waist my time
