    Can I make multiple xbox live accounts (family) using the same email or does it have to be each account with it's own email?

    Each account would need to have its own email address.

    You can only have a linked gamertag since the system will tell you that the email is already in use.
    You can only cancel the gamertag in question and associate another.

    Does it necessarily have to be an Hotmail/Outlook account or can I use a different Gmail profile? I don't use the Microsoft email website so I'm not very practical with it.
