Can I log in with my gamertag Xbox1

If you don't remember your email, try to look into your devices if you have it connected anywhere.

Also, if you do remember a phone number that is associated with that account you could try to recover your account by filling out the recovery form:

Hi guys

I bought an Xbox1 and transferred my gamertag & achievements to it from my XBox360. My Xbox1 shows all my new achievements, but when I log online direct to my gamertag/profile it doesn't have the new ones. Somehow they have gotten out of sync. Does anyone
know how to fix this?

I had the same issue. What I think solved it was logging in on my Xbox1 and then going back and tried logging into my 360. After I logged into my Xbox1 I was able to enter my password on my 360 and successfully login. Good luck

ive heard you can log in on both console same time, xbox1 and 360

Hello, at times I experience this out of the blue. I've went as far as talking account off only to realize it wont let me add it back. So this is a glitch at times. I would just keep trying. If still giving trouble after a while unplug console and internet
wait until power goes out then replug. Once everything reboots try again. Just be patient even though it can be very frustrating...it will work again!!
