    Hello!

    I would like to know the extact date of when a key was used

    i have contacted the merchant of the key with this issue and they say i should ask the microsoft support when the key was used. This would help meget a new and working code

    this would be very helpfull i look forward for cooperation

    They can only sir it on your account that you redeemed it on

    If you didn't you need ro address it with the merchant

    You can see the games You have in Ready to install, You can also search for the game in the store, If You do not find it, You Will have to contact Xbox Support

    If you go into the my games and apps tab on the console and go to ready to install can you see the games there ready to download?

    Be sure to use the same account you usedthe first time to buy and redeem the code!

    Otherwise it's normal that is saying to you the code is already used ;)
