Can i know the exact reason my account was suspended?

my account was suspended for "Cheating" i need to know what cheating i was doing. I was not cheating at all and im very furious at the ban. I'm thinking about just trading my xbox in because that is rediculous and bogus. I just want my account unsuspended
if you cant tell me what i really did wrong because i didn't do anything. my gamertag is

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Sorry of the late response but I just looked and saw the there is no enforcement action on my account and also I still have gold till 2018?

 

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

Make sure to sign in with the suspended Xbox account at the enforcement website bowski477 mentioned and then click on the orange hammer to get to the right page with information on your suspension. That is the ONLY way to learn more about your suspension/appeal
any unfair bans. Good luck to you.
