can i install gta v again on a difrente console if my first xbox 360 is broken?

basicly my first xbox 360 is broken and dosnt show visual or give game sound/startup sound but i did have gta v on it, now im about to buy a new xbox 360 and my question is: can i reinstall gta v on the new one even if i did not deinstall it on my broken
one?

If it doesn't help, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

• Uninstall GTA V completely from all storage devices you have (both the play disc and the install disc).
  
• Clear your system cache.
  
• Restart your console.
• Install only the GTA V install disc (not the play disc) to your console's main hard drive.
  
• Place the GTA V play disc in the console and try to play GTA V without the play disc installed (you should only have the install disc installed).

disc read error?

It's only happening with two discs. And it just happens to be both grand theft auto V discs. I have an Xbox 360 original. I have all the latest updates. I have GTA V. Sometimes I can play it and other times my Xbox won't read it. I have it installed to
my HDD as its supposed to be. But just to see if there was install errors, I erased the install. So now I'm trying to use the first cd to install gta again. My Xbox says "play game" Instead of saying play gta v And having a thumbnail of the game. So I click
play game. Then it says "the disc is unreadable" I don't understand how it's unreadable. When I bought the game I put the first disc in my Xbox and installed it. And then I put it back in the case and never touched it again. It's definitely not broken. Also,
instead of saying play gta V when I put the second disc in, it also says play game. Both discs are clean. Yet my Xbox thinks they're not. When I put either disc in, I can click X and it brings me the game details of grand theft auto V. Obviously it can read
the disc if it knows to bring me to gta V details. I removed my HDD. The only memory in it is the internal memory. Still have the problem. I cleared the cache on both memory units. The discs have zero scratches on them. I wiped them anyways just to be sure.

Yes. Anything you purchase can be redownloaded on any console from your download history.

 

Does this also aply for disc versions?

 

Yes you can install the disc on another console without have to uninstall it first.
