    Can I install a non-Microsoft game?


    I own a game I bought from amazon digital store. I had to get a new computer very recently, but Microsoft keeps telling me it cannot install the game because it is not in the Microsoft store. Anything I can do to get this game installed? I did report to Microsoft that the game is safe.

    I have the same problem. However, when I go into Game Details to install the game the description is for the Games On Demand version of the game and not for the Director's Cut. If the 360 thinks it is the GoD version there would be no option to install.
    Eidos or Microsoft need to address this soon as this also affects the (non) ability to use the SmartGlass functionality.

    I can install XBox games on my computer as well, just not from the Games app.
