Can I install a game that is included with my xbox on my pc?

In 2019 I recieved an xbox which had a free game code for "sea of thieves" however I now want to play sea of thieves on my pc, it is no longer free, is there anyway I can install it again without paying for it?
It isnt in my library and it doesnt say I own it however if I were to open my xbox I can see that I do in fact own it

On PC, you should be able to access it just make sure that the account that owns the game installs it.

Here is the thing, on my xbox when I go on the ms store I press on sea of thieves and it has two options ( I dont have game pass ):
Launch
you can play this
and Buy to own £34.99
I have checked the only alternative account and It has purchased Minecraft: bedrock edition 5 years ago.
Would the serial number of the xbox show it came with sea of thieves?
