    Can I hold off of Gold Payment for a couple of weeks?


    Hey guys, I forgot to turn off my automatic Xbox Gold Membership renewal so was charged for another month, and I plan to pay it off, but I won't be able to until the third week of April sometime. My subscription ended only a couple of days ago. I'm wondering
    if I'll be ok waiting until I can get money on my card to pay that or if I'll get my account locked or something by waiting too long?

    I can't connect to Xbox Live

    I've been suspended from Xbox Live because of payment issues, i want to cancel the 'gift card holder' account because it was an old card that i bought live off for a couple of months. And I've gone to 'manage payment options', but when i do it comes up with
    a glitch saying this.

    Xbox Gold Subscription

    My automatic payment went out of my bank on the 12th of this month and a day later when i tried to sign in to my account its telling me that i do not have a Xbox gold subscription. I cancelled my xbox gold payment method a couple of days after it renewed
    and turned off the auto-payment method so i am not sure if this is why but i should still have a month of gold subscription after my payment on the 12th.

    Any help is appreciated thanks.

    What'll happen is, they'll attempt to charge you a few times. If they can't, your account will be suspended until you pay off the balance you owe. You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do until you can pay

    Hey there! I'm sorry for the confusion, but the 400 msp price was a special offer. I believe they have done this deal a couple times, so maybe holding off for a week or two just to be sure it doesn't come back might be a good idea. Thanks!
