Can I have my other account cloud back on my new account?

I’ve lost everything I had.

WHAT HAPPENED?:

My friend soon will have birthday, February 3rd. Because I don’t have money to buy something, I wanted to do something by myself. I got an idea, Minecraft education.

So I called my second friend to help with that. She agreed. Everyday we started playing Minecraft education building everything that we got an idea about. We built roller coaster which is spooky, we build mechanics EVERYWHERE. after roller coaster we built room escape with quests, that includes a story about stolen princess, and that she need to save her. We were almost done, only thing that needed is a small idea that we got. And that’s all. But then my mom said to me, “we are going to another school” and that is sad. But I hoped we will stay in one city, because I don’t want my account to be at a zero.

So my school was DadeSchool that time. But then I realised, that im going to StLucieSchool…

My hopes swapped away.

First thing that I wanted to check when my account was ready, is do my server got deleted? It did.

I got into shock, I didn’t know what to do now, because we don’t have any time. My friend felt the same. I don’t have any choice because her birthday will be tomorrow.

WHAT DO I WANT HELP TO DO?:

Please, I want my Minecraft education cloud back!

I have all the provements, screenshots, maybe I can agree with some documents?! I don’t really care when it will bring back, but please, all the documents that I have to agree I will agree with! I just need that one server… I just need my cloud back on my new account! To build everything took so much… we built so much! I don’t want everything to get deleted just so…

Hello Sokhor, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

It sounds like you were originally playing on a different account. The saves including the server may still exist on that account. If you're able to I'd recommend trying to log in to that account. If you're unable to though I'm afraid that we would not be able to do anything to help you recover the progress.

As for your accounts please do not post personal information such as emails and/or passwords here as this is an open forum.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

Well, if the account is actually at fault and did in fact violate policies, then it would remain "permanently" banned. If the account creator thinks Microsoft may have made a mistake and got the enforcement wrong, then the appeal option is available. Under no circumstance can we violate policies (permanent bans take ALOT) and expect Microsoft not to enforce the exact policies we ALL agree to abide by.

I am sorry but if it's a "Permanent" ban, nothing can be done.
