Can I have my 12 dollars back? Another Minecraft Marketplace issue

I recently tried to purchase a texture pack for minecraft via the Minecraft Marketplace. It passed my transaction and payed the 4 dollars, but after that the game told me that “something went wrong, maybe try the connection.” My connection was fine so I
tried again and the same happened. It took my 8 dollars from my 9 dollars left in my account. Then I tried to buy it via the Xbox Store, it says I own it now, but I don’t see it in the game. I have already uninstalled and installed Minecraft multiple times
and it is still not working son don’t tell me to do that. I just want my money back now please.

forums.xbox.com/.../12.aspx If you are able to sign into his account, you can purchase Minecraft skin packs through the Xbox LIVE Marketplace on the dashboard under "Games". Minecraft also has free trial skin packs that your son can download in-game, if
he would like to.
