Can I have multiple accounts sharing the same giftcard?

I have 2 accounts, one for games, and the other purely focused on the game Overwatch. I got a £50 Xbox Store giftcard and redeemed it on the other account. I want to get something on this account as well though. Could I share the giftcard with both accounts?
As if I can use some money on the giftcard on one account and then the rest on the other? Thanks. P.S If you need more context please ask.

We purchased the DLC on the adult account and the child accounts could use it. Hope this is the case for other DLC too. I didn't try the Home Xbox setting but i think you have a point. Thanks

Hey mate,

I beleive if you set your console as your Home console, then anyone who uses that console should be able to access the DLC.

Hi, no it's not possible to share a gift card with 2 accounts. Not a bad idea though. You should post this in the
xboxideas.uservoice.com website, the more votes it gets, then chances are microsoft might make it happen.

Hello Crystal, please check which gamertag account you redeemed the giftcard on. You can share minecoins on accounts.

You can use the gameshare feature which allows multiple accounts to share the same games without having to buy individually

I'm correct in assuming that there is only one Xbox One between your two kids (they both use one Xbox One)?

If the games are digital, make sure the account that owns the games has the
Xbox set as the Home Xbox.

If the games are on a disc your daughter should be able to play them with out any issues.

You need to set whoever owns the game account as home on that system.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
Do either of the following:
- Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
