can I gift Minecraft from xbox one to pc

I own Minecraft bedrock edition on my Xbox and I want to buy it on pc but it's only on sale on my Xbox because of game pass I wanted to know if I buy Minecraft as a gift on my Xbox and gifted it to myself would I be claiming the edition I want or would I own 2 copies on my Xbox (i never purchased bedrock edition on my Xbox because it gave it to me for free for owning Xbox one edition already)

For World War Z and it is the season pass. I bought two of them and gifted it to some friends but for some reason they can't use it on the pc version of it.

The PC version of World War Z on Game Pass can not use DLC from the Xbox One version.

Unless a PC game is on
this list it can not use DLC's for Xbox One, gifted or otherwise.

I have purchased Minecraft on Xbox. I would like to insta

ll it on my Win 10 PC too. When I go to The Minecraft page and click "Install on my devices". It does not list my Win 10 PC as a device to install Minecraft. I can see Xbox as a device to install Minecraft. I have also confirmed that the account logged in
from the PC is same as the one used for Xbox Minecraft purchase.

I assume if I purchase a game for Xbox and available for PC can be used on PC also.
