Can I gift a game to someone from a lower generation console to a higher generation console?

As long as it gives you the option to purchase as a gift, that's possible.

If you are lower than general, play a lot of grifball and gruntpocalypse;

If you are higher than general, play BTB, Invasion, but no firefight (after a while firefight gives only 4000cR...)

Definitely I'm sure it is, but Devs. Are making these games on Dev. Kits & there making them to run at higher resolution & frames rates then we see. then down scale them but if there game Can most definitely run at higher frame rates then 30fps or even
60fps on a lower resolution then why do they keep capping them. With the generation coming out I dont want to be buying better hardware just to have Devs lock it at lower frames becuse of previous generations. Is my point I'm trying to get across here

Yes, and an interesting thing is the current generation you have two different character models, one for cutscenes (usually in pre-rendered video) with higher polycount, and one for gameplay with lower polycount.

I'm very interested to see if this generation will shatter that, and we will not need two different models for cutscenes and gameplay, and it'll use one higher polycount model, I think this generation is about "blurring the line" as things like Quantum Break
are saying.
