    You need to go to the enforcement page HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

    In order to get unbanned, you must sign in with the account with the enforcement action at http://enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist with enforcement issues/requests like this.

    You will have to go to enforcement.xbox.com for any information, you might be able to do a Case Review for more information etc.
