Can i get unbanned my friend accidentally reported me his intention was not to get me banned

ok so I've been banned 5 times on Xbox live 7 if you count the two times people had their friends report me too. Recently I was banned for spamming messages to this guy that wasn't playing fairly I hoped to distract him to help my friend. He and his father
reported me for it. My ban is over but i can't communicate. Xbox never said I was permanently banned.my gamertag is and to be unbanned so I can play with friends. I ask of you to unban me please.

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

You will have to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

Side note: If something is a violation of the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct, it doesn't matter if it's reported or not, if it violates the rules an enforcement action will stay.

 

Lesson to be learnt: You don't play with enforcement :-D

You can try to appeal your ban at Enforcement but no one here can assist you.
