    I got bann for cheating. and I dont even remember when I cheated. . so can. I get some help from. xbox people

    With regards to this, they might be having an on going server issue affecting you in communication but I am pretty positive that they are already aware of it and someone on their possibly doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.

    I get unbann but

    xbox live banned me for 2 weeks and now i am unbann and i can do all the stuff but i cannot talk with my friends in the group cause they don't eard me but on my other account they do

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist with enforcement issues/requests like this.

    You will have to go to enforcement.xbox.com for any information, you might be able to do a Case Review for more information etc.

    This is all that can be advised in the forums

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.
