Can I get someone who gifted me a game specifically for Xbox when I am on PC and can't play it?

I am sorry, but can you be little more specific with "a gift card of the subscription with the "Worldwide" tag" I got xbox just few days and I'm afraid that i didn't get this. My friend is in Argentina, he gave me some game codes as a gift, but when I tried to buy some gifts in console store for him I get same issues with region. Also I've tried to buy gift on xbox store from PC and get the same error.

I think the main trouble is in currency of my debit card, because address of my microsoft account and region of store are the same. Is "a gift card of the subscription with the "Worldwide" tag" means that somewhere I can buy gift codes with no issues?

For the logged into Microsoft store and Xbox app, yeahs, I am logged in those. And in this case is Minecraft.

Thing is, I didn't buy the game, it was a gift from a friend, but it got linked into my account, since I used my very microsoft account to log in into the Xbox and Microsoft accounts. I don't understand pretty much that, it was a very long time ago and as
I said, there was someone who installed the game into my old PC.

But yeah, I had the official game, I played the Windows 10 version no problem, and now I got this new PC after the old one stopped working, and now that I am trying to log in it doesn't allow me. There is the Log in button when I am running the program,
but directly send me to buy it, when I already had it.

I have played with some people older than myself. I am 33 and there is nothing wrong with someone older than me playing a game. I watched some guy on Twitch who was 64 playing a game which I thought was cool. My wife tells me I am to old to play video
games and boy does it make her mad when I can show her someone who is older than me still playing games.

I am having a similar problem. My Xbox Live is no longer telling me when people sign on. I get notifications when someone sends me a message but specifically when someone signs online, no notification will come up.
