Can I get Refund for cod AW

The game is stuck at 25% and has been like this for hours! Am I able to be refunded this is ridiculous!

Hi i just purchased COD AW on web.

But the method i used was not using card. the card is at limit for this month.

I bought it accidently.

I didnt play and download it. Can i have it refund?

You made 2 huge mistakes, first space out your posts with paragraphs no one wants to read that mess.

Secondly you did a chat with MS support big mistake. I tried to get a refund for COD AW denied and told bs lies for the reason where they told me to call Activision. Called MS support dude gave me a refund within 5 minutes of being on the phone.

MS chat support is fine for most issues but very rarely when your trying to get a refund.

 

It's a massive download and can take some time, especially if your connection speed is not the greatest.

That said, you may want to restart the download and see if that makes a difference; go to My Games & Apps > Queue and highlight CoD and press the Menu button, then cancel download.

Now power cycle the console.

Then restart the download.

Note that all purchases on Xbox Live say there are no refunds, but if you still have an issue you may want to try speaking with Billing Support (via Phone) who may be able to help you out in some way.

Whether or not you can get a refund will depend on where you live. For example, in Australia, the Australian government recently took Valve to court over their no refunds policy because it is against Australian consumer law to refuse refunds on faulty products.

So, if you're in Australia, you might be in luck. Otherwise, your guess is as good as mine.

 

I have been downloading for days and only at 46% think I will never download again!! Took day of vacation to play early and I'll be lucky to play this week!!

 

same nearly been downloading for a day and at 7% after a few restarts and power cycles. absolutely ridiculous as the whole reason you buy early is to play it quicker, yet everyone else that bought it from the shops are playing it. day zero false advertisement

I talked to ACtivision and they basically tried telling me its because Im on a Wireless network why it took 15 hrs to download and install and even after that i hvaent been able to play and take advantage of the double xp bc each time I try i get kicked
off or my xbox freezes. Ive never had any problems before hand I have an Open NAt and frankly im just *** because this whole fricking day wasnt even worth *** i lost 3 of my supply drop because I woould open on right before the game starts then it freezes
for 10 -20 minutes
