I already owned Minecraft can I get points for the game (2000) since they are offering 2000 points to people to buy the game, I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still didn’t work

Weird, I had enough points already, but I bought more and suddenly it worked.

Unfortunately, no, Minecraft is directly linked to the Microsoft account and thus there is no way to recover the Minecraft account or gain a refund etc without access to that account.
