Can i get my profile back?

Helloooo ladies and gentleman

basically, i believe maybe 2 years ago I deleted my profile on Xbox live called innocentlemmnig (don't judge the name), and now Id like to get it back or re-download it to my xbox console however I do not remember the email address nor the password I have
used in order to sign in with that account...

is my account and all the DLCs and points that I hadl.. Lost?

I know that anyone can ask for your account details, but I have my debit/credit cards that I used, my passport etc. Basically everything to confirm that it was indeed my account and I am associated with it.

Help please

I can't get my profile loaded

by the moment I solved the problem deleting the kinect ID, and setting it again, just deleting it doesn't solve it, now it works but if I delete the kinect ID it fail again

Greetings, AresDraco. Really sorry to hear you're having trouble playing Kinect titles offline. We're currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, do you multiple people use your console? If you do happen to be able to use an internet connection
at some point in the future I would recommend deleting and re-downloading your profile by following these steps:

You would need to try contacting support. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the account they can get you the email address. Then you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Yeah, I believe I tried that a month ago and well they just told me to simply shooo because they wouldn't help me

Microsoft changed the way logins work a while back, it made things a lot easier for you, but required a log in to work. You'll need to contact phone or chat support to get your information.

Whoops! Disregard that previous reply. I totally miss-read what was going on here. You still have access to that other console with your account on it, yeah? Please use the steps at Xbox.com/forgot it'll guide you through using the account over there
to determine what email is associated with this account.
