You can request 1 additional home Xbox use online in the device settings or you can request a free call-back by signing on at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering
a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

Support will no longer reset the limit.

You have 5 home Xbox switches per year. Did you receive a message telling you how many you have left when you tried to set it.

Go to Settings + Personalization + My Home Xbox and let us know what it tells you.

If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select Help when you see
the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception. If that is not available, then all you can do is wait for your limit to reset.
